1.) He gave you credit for some reason beyond me.
2.) You can't put a copyright on an idea as simple as this. This idea of yours is similar to a website like a template selling site. They sell templates, and you sell posts and other things. People get inspired all the time after other people's ideas. A trend like creating websites for their fbuck$ dealings seems like a pretty good idea. More organized, and overall neater. It's how things work.
