Trademarking F is not possible to anyone. He is allowed to use it.

The letter F can be used yes... but not in the same manner as the Forumer F as it is a LOGO.

OKay, just so I'm not making another 5 buttons (lol), which Background do you want for the button? And I'm guessing you want the text to be black with the outer white glow around it then too right?
