Not just that, advising rules, advising rebuilding the fourm, re designing it, policy and more....i'll just have to see the forum first...

Nothing was misleading...designing is giving it a style...a style could be anything...not just graphical style...

buildind its making it from scratch(wich nobody does this days)
and design it, hum. since its just from a template it would be more like redesign the forum
