When i say average active, your site should have at least 30 old members logging in everyday and posting regularly, has 500+ members, and 5000+ total posts.

A friend of mine has an IPB forum with many nice mods, around 40,000 posts, 45+ active members, 350 members in total, fairly active; around 350+ posts daily, has a .com domain, and PR3 Google rating.

I heard him talking about selling it few days ago, so if you're interested, give me an estimation of how much would you pay him for it, then I'll contact him and arrange something.

Forumer IPB forum or any IPB forum. Host doesnt matter as long as HTML templates can be managed and TLD domain can be used.
