I took like ages to make this all real awesome like and it is basically a forum for everyone anime fan or not, otaku or not. Its for EVERYBODY!

Yes I am the admin on this site and I am strict but very nice and a caring person.
please visit it whenever you have some time out from your busy lives
and tell your mates and best friends about it too yeah?

I have some advice to give, and hope you don't mind.

First off, I'd drop the huge graphic you're using as a "banner," and would enlist the services of someone who knows how to make a banner (assuming, of course, you can't make your own). For example, there are forums, such as PinkPT, which have members who offer their services to create banners, with the only requirement being that you post. Also, at a rival free forum host, I saw one member advertising a forum specifically for banner design. Maybe you can find a member here who is also looking for someone to make a banner for, in exchange for some posts. In any case, you might not get the most stellar looking banner ever, but even the mediocre banner designers know that the banner should not look tacked onto (rather than actually blended/incorporated into) the template.

Also, I see you have almost 200 posts, but the overwhelming majority of that is in a single sub-section, and the one you titled "Spam Heaven," no less. This is even bigger a problem because the amount of sub-sections at your new and mostly empty forum -- a staggering 92 -- is almost half the total post count of your forum at the time of my visit (190). That said, you would benefit from significantly cutting down on your sub-sections for now, and only expanding the amount of sub-sections as your content (posts and topics) increases. Along those lines, plenty more content will mean plenty more relevant topics to fill any new sub-sections you want with, which will help "balance" the spread of content throughout your forum; if certain sub-sections are empty while others receive most of the posts, whatever activity you have would be offset by the empty sub-sections.

Hmmm

I am surprised that you are sending our members away (even to rival hosts!!) to look for some one to make graphics for them when we got a perfectly good Graphics requests section here with great artists making banners or anything else for anyone who asks nicely.

The only requirement we have is that people are polite and follow the Graphic Requesting Guidelines, you do not even have to do anything else in return, not even post!


Other than that..... I agree with everything you said.

That sub-section was a case of hiding in plain site, as the only sub-sections I've ever paid attention to are Show Off and General Chat Area. If I was mindful of that, though, I would have recommended it. Also, PinkPT is not a free forum host, but a forum about Neopets with a sub-section for making any sort of graphics. If that is not permitted, I'll refrain from mentioning such sites in the future.
