Default Java dictionary with flexible settings

Please try this software. It is free, supports Windows / Linux.

Features:

You can use simple formatted text with words and/or phrases as a dictionary file.

You can also use free on-line dictionaries if they are defined in properties.

You can setup local application such as browser or preinstalled dictionary to receive words for translation.

It has no installation and small size - try it and feel free to ask your questions about the tool.
