Welcome to the Forumer HQ show off forum. This forum gives forum owners the opportunity to advertise their forumer hosted community for free and have the topic viewed by potentially thousands of individuals. We only ask that you follow the simple rules!

The fStaff are very busy moderating a forum of this size so sometimes we will just close a topic and remove the links. If that has happened to you then here are a list of reasons why this might of happens.

If you can answer "YES" to any of these questions then you broke our rules.

Is your forum not hosted by forumer or a child company of forumer?
Did you post in your topic within 30 days of creating that topic?
Did you create more than one thread for one forum?
Does your forum violate the terms of service?

HELPFUL TIPS

1. Advertise wherever possible - Look for forums that have forums in them similar to this forum, for showing off your site. Register there, if required, and post a topic for your board. For best results, use your best grammar and leave a brief but detailed description of what can be found in your forum. You might want to do some customizing on it, first. People are more likely to join a unique and interesting forum rather than a bland and un-professional one.

2. Make your forum appeal to guests - Imagine you're a guest at a forum. Would you join it if you couldn't see past the plain member log-in page? What about if there was a default banner, a broken image and a messy layout?

You want your forum to jump out to your guests as 'Special' and interesting Make yourself a banner that relates to the subject of your forum. Also, lose the forced log-in. You want guests to be able to see at least one of your forums. Make them feel welcome. Try leaving a topic explaining what the forum's about.

3. Submit your forum to Search Engines - Go to some well-known search engines like Google and Yahoo and look for a place to submit your site. You can submit to Google here. You can never be guaranteed when or where on the engine your site will appear, though, if at all. Don't count on it.

4. Make it different - Guests want to see a nice, clean skin with matching buttons to go. A banner doesn't hurt, either. Try to lean away from the default Forumer skins, as they're pretty common. Remember, using your CSS, you can do anything with your board's colors.

5. Posting
Please only post in normal size, default font and colour text. This makes the topic easier to read and people are more likely to join your forum.

Remember, there are Forumer boards out there with several thousand members. You can do it too, if you try hard enough. Things like this take time. You can always feel free to ask for help in the appropriate forum. Good luck!

REPORTING THREADS

It would be a great help if users reported threads that violated the rules. You can do this by pressing the Red/White triangle under the users Avatar. Please be as descriptive as possible, for example:
