Well it seems you don't have much experiance with Invision Power Board, do you? There is an Edit button to your top right of your post. Use that, instead of double posting.

Heres what I think:

For a Harry Potter Board, this is probably the best and most well set-up board Ive seen in a looong time. The logo is very nice, and if you try hard enough to reach to the public, you will be overrun with Harry Potter fans. Don't count me in that, because thats the one and only british kid I cant stand.

Although, about the logo, it must be ripped/stolen, because it has no relevance to your site at all.

The forums are nicely set up, except one. The Spam forum. Spam is bad, and whether you have a board for it, its still not necessary. I would give this board...hmmm... a 6/10, 7/10 if the logo wasnt ripped.

You don't have much in the way of customization, which a HP forum really needs.

I'd start with the logo and on/off icons. Get some that are relevant to HP. Maybe a wand on/off icon set?

Also, for now, combine all of those 1-post boards into easier to manage ones, then once you get more members, re-introduce them so you have a good contento to member ratio at all times.
