Hello,

http://shoutgfx.18.forumer.com/ - obviously a graphics community offering free graphics, tutorials, renders and much more.

I am wanting to add a logo to the forum, but I don't know where to go in ACP to add a logo.

I don't like the idea of hiding forums. Also you only have 2 posts in your forums. If the Admin can't get posts, how do you expect newcomers to?

You may advertise your site in the [NotYet Forum]
