The skin isn't very original, and you haven't added anything to make it more your own, such as a cell highlight.

There are a few spelling mistakes in the board descriptions. Such as a misspelling of "sub-teams." Be sure to correct those.

I don't think having a "banned" board is such a good idea; all you're doing is encouraging troublesome members to continue lurking on your forum.
