Default editing style templates

i was wondering if we are able to edit the style templates. i didn't see the option available. specifically, i was looking to add the ability to insert mouse over links into posts. namely from wowhead.com (a world of warcraft item database). specific instructions on how to do this can be found here: http://www.wowhead.com/?forums&topic=3464#p37204
i get stuck on step 4 under part 1 where i have to hit edit under the options column. the only option i have is cache.

also, since i am here...can we be allowed to upload additional themes?

You can edit the CSS... it was enabled for a while

ACP -> Styles -> Themes -> click Edit by the style you want to change -> make your changes and click on Submit

Make sure you save the original on a note pad or someplace so you can restore it if you mess it up.

Not sure if this would be classed as 'hijacking' a post but it was similar to what I was looking for, but didnt answer my particular question.

Over at fmods, there is the "Auto Thumbnail" modification. Well it says to put that in the footer (ACP>skins&templets>html>manage html>topicveiw>footer). The only thing I could find to edit was a CSS file.

Any help locating where I am meant to be editing the footer would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, forgot to say I am using the Revolution theme, under phbb3.

That modification (like all in fMods) is for IPB forum... You can't use it.

Apart from that, you do not get access to the HTML templates in phpBB forums so you can not modify them.

yeah, as this is something completely different, it is classed as hijacking.

This thread is about editing CSS (style templates), not modifying HTML.

Sorry abouth the hijacking. Just thought maybe it was in the CSS file I was meant to put it.

Thanks for answering though.
