Allow HTML?

Hails! Hoping we can [or soon can] add HTML to posts, as we did once on phpbb2 forums on Forumer, in the Admin panel's configuration page under Allowed HTML tags:

b,i,u,pre,img,CENTER,TD,TR,TABLE,P,FONT,BR,a,span,h2,iframe,object,param,embed,li,em,input,blockquote,textarea,h3,h4,form,ol,h1,code,strong,start,end

So we can have vids, resized images, etc....

PS- Is image resizing automatic on 3? Might not need the < img code for resizing if that is indeed the case!

1) Log in to the Administrative Control Panel (ACP), and click the Posting tab.

2) Click add new BBCode

3) In BBCode usage put

[youtube]{TEXT}[/youtube]

4) In HTML replacement put

<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/{TEXT}" wmode="transparent" style="width:400px; height:326px;" id="VideoPlayback" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" flashvars="">

5) In the Help section put 'Use the ID of the Youtube video'.

6) Tick the box where it says 'Display on posting Page'

Now when you go to the posting screen you will see a button called 'youtube'

So when the BBCode comes up, put the ID of the video in between the tags for example

Lets say your YouTube URL is - http://youtube.com/watch?v=JNJEZes-ooA

Then in between the youtube BBcode tags put 'JNJEZes-ooA' only.

As a result, the BBCode displayed would be

[youtube]JNJEZes-ooA[/youtube]

7) Enjoy YouTube videos on your forum!
