Default I just made a new forum, no new topic button.
I made a new forum and went to go make some topics to get ready to bring people in and what not, when I found that I couldn't make a new topic? The button simple isn't there. I made a test account and it hasn't worked, and there IS a button when I am not logged in, which won't let me post.

I find this quite odd. Can someone help me? If i need to say anything more let me know.
