My forum is Fragile_Things.49.forumer. I have set up a suggestion and thread and it was suggested I try to put a banner up to make it more attractive, how would I do this?

Performing a Search would have helped to answered your question as it has been asked many times before.

It has been explained many times and performing a search would have helped you to find the answer.

ACP -> Styles -> Imagesets -> click on edit by the style you want then from the drop down menu chose Main Logo... upload your logo and click submit, it should display

It only works on some of the skins, here is the list of the skins which display the banner:

DarkFantasy - Default
Blue2
Brown2_304
Brown_304
Dark-Shines
Dollar_304
Green_304
Grey_304
Magenta_304
Red_304
Rose_304
Milky Way
SummerFun
WintersDay
X-iPhone
Green Vision
