This is my first week here. We purchased 6 months of the fchat and all we get is a blank green screen.what am i doing wrong,and how do i fix the problem? I am very new and am not very computer savy. So please use simple explanations. I look forward to any help and thank you in advance.

I will need a "Test" user account with admin access so I can have a look at your settings and test it out before reporting the problem to the admin.
Click on my user name and email link to send me the log in details.

ACP -> Permissions -> Global permissions -> click on Users' permission -> Write "username" in the Look up user section then click on Submit -> from the Select type: drop down menu chose Admin permissions and click on Go then from the Role drop down menu chose Full admin and click on Apply all permissions.

One of the members sayus that it works fine for him, but two others including me can't get it to work. What can i look for in the settings

what browser do you use and have you got flash installed? Maybe that's why it is not working...

Does the fChat on this site work for you? The link is on the top on that blue link bar on the left next to the User CP link.

This site fchat does the same thing to i think it is the flash how do i go by updating that? Can i download one somewhere for free.i don't think it is the site but our computer now

Upgrade to the last version of your browser ... you did not exactly answer my question about which browser are you using...

i have the latest mozilla firefox,google chrome, and internet explorer sorry i left that out

and the fchat doesn't work on any of them?

Can you play youtube videos?

just google a flash plugin for your browser.

i can't figure it out either. could the fact that i am using the newest things out there be it?
i am also using 64bit vista. but another user with the same problem is using xp.

I can't exactly help you if you don't have the right software in your computer,

the chat on the forum works, it is a problem on your end not ours, there is not much I can do about that...

I understand that but what software am i missing is what i can't figure out. I have all the latest updates to the browsers i use??? Got any suggestions????

I have read all the posts and it seems you dont have flash installed. Google Adobe FLash Player free and then install it.
