50.forumer.com Cannot Create Forums

I am unale to create forums with the Admin CP. I have tried several times before today and it has never worked. The forums do not show up in the forum index or in the Admin CP. Am I doing something wrong?

The URL of my forum is programming1.50.forumer.com
I go to the Admin CP -> Forums Tab -> Manage Forums, enter the name of my forum and click "Create New Forum". The I fill in description, etc. and click submit. But when I return to the forum or even to the Admin CP it shows no forums.

I looked in the error log and I found a few errors like this one, but they do not match the times when I tried to create forums, so they're probably unrelated.

Obviously, you need to go to the "Forum permissions" and define who can and cannot see the forum.

Also, it does not show up in the forum permissions or in the forum management, it is as if, we never clicked on submit.

UIt brings me to the forum permissions age afterwards and I select the groups I want to allow and it brings me to a page with nothing there except a button that says "apply permissions". I clicked on that button and it had no effect.
Also the forum does not show up in the Admin CP, which it should do even if I have not selected who can see it.

I guess I have to do micromanage.

Click on Forums tab.
Click on Forum permissions.
You select forums you want(multiple select you need to hold down the ctrl key)
Click submit.
Under "Groups" part, you will see the groups like admins and guests.(again you can select multiple)
Click on the edit permissions.
Now you will see an unexpanded menu. Click on the advanced permissions tab.
You will see a bunch of options. I click the All Yes button(and edit later) so users can post and see it ONLY for the group you selected. You need to do this for every group.
Now you can see the forum and post in it.

Fine.
You didn't quite get the point.
Even after creating, the forum doesn't exist.
It doesn't show up under forum management, or under forum permissions.
It is as if we never clicked the Submit button.
Also, by default, all users are given standard access to a new forum, You DO NOT have to edit permissions, unless you really an to.

There's the problem, I deleted tha main forum that was created by default and cannot create new ones, so there are no forums for me to click.
I am doing everything I should, but the forums are not being made.
