Can Anyone Tell Me How Can I Create Forum And Categories In Phpbb3..

I Have Tried Creating It.. But It Fails

Its a bug.I recently deleted all my forums on my phpbb3 account,and it never showed up,its just a bug on some servers.
Theres nothing you can really do,just go to the bug section,and apply it as a bug.

On some servers?

phpBB3 is only on one server - server 50 and it's still in the testing stage.
