When i check the rank image box on phpBB3, there is now way to add a rank image. It won't let you browse your desktop or capy and paste links.

I'm Walkin' up the stairs. Walkin' down the stairs. Walking up the sideways stairs.

when i went to admin cp , users and groups , manage ranks i got this picture

The problem about the no admin panel link is probably just a template bug.

The user ranks have probably been disabled because of a fear of security and it is only a BETA test.
