Ok, well sorry for double posting, but it works now.
Only root admin can purge cache even if you have all permissions.
Can link remote images. Thank you.

Oh... yeah, I just tested it on my test board... sorry

the only way he can give you ALL admin rights would be if he made you a "Founder"

That is a dangerous thing if he doesn't know you too well as you would then be able to demote him...

The way to do it:
ACP -> Manage users -> Write the name and submit -> in the Overview section Founder: Yes -> Submit

New bug encountered.

Though linked images seems to work with special ranks, it doesn't for "post ranks". (Even if i had to reassign ranks to user for it to work)
Well, the "manage ranks" display the images, but they aren't displayed when the user posts.
Instead, the rank name is displayed twice.

Tryed two things: purging cache and resyncing user post counts.

(As a reminder, forum involved is cryogen.50.forumer.com)

I too ,not special rank it doesn't display image but special rank it works fine.

*upload topic icon it have same ploblem too

how it going on about this bug sir?

I realise that the problem has been reported a thousand times already, but I can at least add a bit of details (if it helps)

The rank images is displayed correctly in the ACP:

If you copy the URL for images in there, you'll see URL's like this: http://i996.photobucket.com/albums/a.../Random/01.gif
It looks like this:

In the main forum however, the URL looks like this:
http://vaccafoeda.50.forumer.com/images/ranks/http://i996.photobucket.com/albums/a.../Random/01.gif
And looks like this:

It works for special ranks, though:
