That's very strange that your forum is experiencing so many errors, being it is on the main server.

I guess he's trying to say that even when the forum in on the main server, it still has a lot of bugs.

Well it's on because fMods hasn't experienced any SQL errors lately besides some ACP related ones due to security (a whole different story that I have to discuss with Limez).

So, I'm just wondering if it's from phpBB3's (I have no idea what version that forum is) instability, or some other error. Because also, to my knowledge, I don't think FHQ has experienced any errors lately besides the occasional lapse in uptime.

Hmm, I guess it's because of MyISAM technique (the sql engine that we used from mysql) is not good enough. FHQ server crashed and till now it still impacts some tables of forums on it. If you choose InnoDB (mysql) or move to PostgreSQL, you won't see such kind of error anymore.
