i'm trying to add a backround image (possibly in the bottom left hand corner) as well
put borders around topic text boxes to seperate them

the background of my page is white, and i want the topic text boxes to be white but i want a black border around them
also i want the backround image to stay in place

im very used to HTML and this is hard for me

is this the right style to do that or should i choose another one?

The "subSilver" is the best editable style. Here is a tutorial how to edit it?

Not sure about the background image though, I don't think it's possible but I might be wrong...

Hi,

To replace the backround image in subsilver, you need to go to Admin CP > Styles Admin > Management > Edit Styles Data > subSilver > Background image and insert this.

background-image: url(yourimageurlhere
Inside the text field.
