i was wondering if forumer could maybe add some more phpbb2 skins , as many of the current ones get used to much , and you want your forum to stand out and look different , just a suggestion

Not possible, you may only use the skins provided for phpBB2.

Just wait for phpBB3, where you can edit your skins.

it doesn't really seem like you can edit them that much in phpBB3...

You can, the CSS, images and HTML when it is out of BETA.
