I need a pink and cute skin for my forum. I really need it. The navigation bar must be hearts then when I hover the mouse to the link the link will be bold and its colors are rainbow. just make it pink and cute.

so doesn't that mean that she can only use the skins provided with extreme styles?

Yes, you can only use the skins provided, although you can edit some elements of certain skins.
