i changed the colour of my links at my forum , as shown in that awesome tutorial thread of subsilver.

but that was like 10 min ago and still its not changed colour.

how long does it usually takes to changes colours?

Did you place the HEX colour code in the right place?

Some skins do not listen to CSS changes. Your skin may not be compatable.

Ah yes, the user is using subblack, that guide only applies to subsilver.

thank you , it seems indeed that subblack does not work with changed colours, that solves the problem wich i had,

never the less thank you for responding so quickly.
