1) Offers to sign up to a forum for example
2) To get fbucks you would have to do offers for other people so they pay you
3) This forum uses vBulletin - 160 dollars one time fee
Forumer hosts 100% free IPB 1.3 Final or phpBB2
4) The offline and online buttons are default in vBulletin, however if you have a IPB forum you can go to fMods, sign up and search for the offline/online code.

now is IPB free to do that or is it a cost cuz I want to customize my forum really nicely.

Yes, IPB 1.3 final is free.

Go here, and click sign up now for the IPB hosting, follow the instructions and soon you will have an IPB board to customize.

Also, if you have already registered a forum on forumer, you must use a different name and email.
