How can I put html on my forum so I can have a different cursor, small image next to the url, and all that good stuff

You can't have a small image next to the URL without FTP access I think, but for the custom cursor, put this code into the description of your first forum:

Exchange Red with the url of the image you would like to use. I suggest you go to some cursor site, save a cursor, and then upload it at Ripway Web Hosting and Online File Storage - upload pictures, videos, MP3 and music files and share your files with the world as a .cur file.

You can also get some cool MODS at fMods (Powered by Invision Power Board) but you need to register.
