hello, i just signed up toady and i am wondering how to do some things.

1st of, i have the charcol.2 template. I want to know how to make it so it doesent say

"charcol:2 zaron.com slogan here"

2nd, i want to add a picture... any ideas?

You have to just simply go to style admin-menu-change logo and change it to what you want.

Yea, its just the default logo. Go to the Styles Mod and click on change logo.

Take the main logo, right click and properties. Find out the dimensions, and make another logo the exact same dimensions. Then, upload it and press Use as Logo.

Where can i make a logo the size i need? Paint does't tell me the size in pixels.

Pain also can tell you the size in Px.......... just click on Image -> Attributes and you can set the size.
