This is a portal, not the actual forum itself. It is pretty much the main page of your forum. I would love to direct you to the page where it tells how to make one, but the links aren't working...

hey i can help you go to admin panel go to fportal and click the bock on the top check it off and type your forums into the browser and wuhLAH!!!!!!!!!!!
