A) You're in the IPB section when you should be seeking support in the phpBB section.

B ) When you are trying to upload your banner, make sure there are no specifications to that particular skin, though it looks like there aren't cos you get a very big space for a banner. It's not necessarily the size in pixels that's the problem, but the size in kbs of the file. Is it a jpg/gif/bmp/png? If it's a bmp it's huge, and sizes of the other sorts differ, though if it's a static image, you can quite easily convert it to a jpg or gif by opening it in MS paint, and clicking on "Save As". Then the little box will come up with the filename you want to use, and the file format. Drop the second list down and make sure you click on jpg or gif, preferably jpg. Hope this helps

this is what i did.
1. I clicked on the "Go to Administration Panel" from my personal profile. Its at the bottom for me.

2. I clicked the "menu" button under the title "styles admin"

3. Then I clicked the "change logo" button.

4. then i again clicked the "change logo" button.

from there you can:
1. Use default logo or
2. Use logo from url or
3. Upload new logo

I used logo from url. I used www.imageshack.com

I altered my logo to the exact size.

It says it "logo changed". But i don't see my logo. I'll keep diggin to figure it out..
