I know Limez can fix it but most of the time with me its my macromedia flashplayer 9im not sure if this is the problem) because whenever i go to my site and i change the logo its says something about macromedia flashplayer so i just reinstall it (I doubt this is the problem though) its probaly something just wrong with the skin. No problem. Limez can fix it hes fixed most of the problems people have had.
