i need help main a halo 2 based skin plz help

You want to request a halo 2 skin? The only skins available are the ones in your Admin Panel, however there may be some more added in the future.

You can only choose from the 30+ pre-installed skins, as I've posted to you before.

You CANNOT, currently, get any other skins than what is currently available to choose from.

That option does not work as intended.

PHP put the "option" in but never did the code programming to make the option work.

Why they never took the option out.. /shrug.. feel free to go ask them.
