I downloaded a few sets of skins that I would like to install, but I'm not sure how.

Unfortunately you can not install skins you download form the internet. This would require FTP access, which Forumer does not give its members.

Blah... well Forumer needs to get a few more of the skins. The skins I got are right off www.phpbb.com ... >.<

Curious what they are?
