Would it be possible for someone to help me out?
Id like 1 link on my forum's index page.
Wherever possible. Kind of like the subportal skin. All I want is a link. No template change or anything.

Would this be possible? If so, could someone tell me how or go in and do it for me?

Ok, see how you made that shoutbox forum?

Do the same for links.

Make a locked forum called, "Links", then for the description, use HTML to make a link:
<a href="URL HERE" target="_blank">TEXT HERE</a>

Customize the bolded text.
