this mabe possible in the future, but no garuntee. Also, you cannot change the langurage of your phpBB board, either. sorry.

well, sorry, you can't chnage the language at this time, or add new buttons. mabe in the future.

Board header, do you mean your banner? Look for the Configure Banner part in your Admin CP.

You can edit skins in your Admin CP under Styles Admin > Management > Edit.

However, changing borders is not an option. phpBB is very limited. If you want more features, I reccomend you register an Invision Power Board, here: http://9.forumer.com/new_forum.php
