I am a very experienced skinner on ************e, but i want to learn how to skin for PhpBB. how do I start?

Forumer is not a good place to start. >_< Plus, phpBB skinning is wacked....

eh......ok. Maybe i should stick to x? but i like vbulletin too. But i dont want to pay

You could always wait for Forumer's IPB regisreation to re-open..
