Ok, when customising a pre-installed skin in the style manager - i am changing the colours of subSilver - how do i change the headers part - as in the bit which says:

because at the moment, on my forum this bg coloour of this part is white, and i want to change it to #51633D - which is a green colour. Please help!

go to ACP -> Style Admin -> Create Theme... there you can customize your style.

edit: sorry for this but its not the create theme that you must click its the management. and click on edit.
