how do you upload a skin? because i downloaded a skin that was a default to change it to what i like, and it said under the read me that i could upload it on the phpbb, but i cant find where to upload it?

Sorry, but you cannot upload premade skins onto your phpBB forum at this stage.

This feature is not available at the moment. There is nothing I can do about it. The phpBB forums will be upgraded to phpBB2.2 when it is out in a stable release, so please wait until then. You may see the ability to upload skins, or you may not.
