I've read all the sugestions here on customizing the banner. I made sure my banner was less than 200 x 90. I went to the "configure banner" in the administration panel, uploaded my banner and ..............nothing!. I cleared my internet cache, I refreshed my browser, and............still nothing! The banner does not show.

Any suggestions as to how I can get a banner up? Thanks in advance.

What type of banner are you uploading? Only .jpg or .gif files are allowed. Please provide a link to your forum.

Its a JPG file. After pressing submit it disappears, and there are no error messages that pop up.

Yes, I see the banner too. It could help if you cleared your cookies and cache, and disabled any ad-blocking features of your anti-virus/firewall.

Try testing it in Internet Explorer too, because as Jake said, AOL and possibly some other browsers don't view the forum properly.

Jakez, as soon as I turned off ad-blocking in Norton the banner appeared (I use Internet Explorer, btw). Thanks for that tip!

Just curious as to why the banner would be treated as an ad? Is it not part of the integrated construction of the forum?
