You cannot center your banner with the phpBB forums. The code you found is for the IPB forums only.

IPB is a more professinal verison. It looks a little more nicer.

phpBB is a more custom forum though. At the moment you cannot customize it as much though, since we are waiting for the new verison to come out.

At the moment the IPB reg. are closed, but will be back up asap.

No, No forumer forums have ads. It's just that IPB registration is closed right now. Please check back at a later date.
