Is there any chance that we could have an option to upload our own skins that we download? or could we ask the staff to upload the skins for us?

At the time being, you cannot use your own downloaded skins. Hopefully in the future you will be able to use this feature. Also in the near future you will be able to choose from 30 new skins that limez will upload.
