I tired replacing the banner it loads it but won't display it & yes I have cleared my cookie's.

If so, try clearing your temporary internet files, because it shows fine here.

Anyways, the banner change is working fine for me.

Make sure it is not too big, and, if you'de like, I could come take a look at it. Like, inside ur Admin CP. PM me for ?'s and log-in info.

Well it's not working on mine and the size is 400x150 if it was bigger it would have told me.

No one is going in my Admin CP but me as it has been stated many times to never ever give out your passwords.

I have tried renaming the file and still no change.

I looked at the forum and your banner wroks just fine for me.

Well at the moment you max size banenr can only be 200 x 90 pixels. Try resizing your banner to a size under 200 x 90pixlels. Then see if it works. If not just make up a new banner really fast. Like a blank one. And see if that works.

Unfortunately though, the uploading to an ImageHost will not work. With the way PHPbb is set up right now, you need to use the banner config. tool.

Ok it's fixed it's self it's working today. Should be able to link from an off site image host like in IPS.
