I fixed my bb2 forum some days ago as I was setting it I noticed that the memberlist in the home page was visible to quests I searched the troubleshoot and I found out that is impossible to fix this.

Question is it fixed in bb3 and if yes is there a way to backup my bb2 and reload to bb3???

I'm not sure if it can be done in phpBB3. I think so but I have to check.
There is currently no way to move your forum from phpbb2 to phpBB3.
