My fchat says paid up to june of next year, but I have only paid for one month. I appear able to get into the chat, but members are not able to do so. any ideas?

Please provide us with a test account with admin permissions, just make a new account and PM us the account details so we can look into this issue further.

I also, bought another month of Fchat just to make sure. It moved my paid date from July to August 2010. It should really end a month from yesterday. and, I should add, that it had worked fine for a while, but this is the first time I have tried to buy fchat since purchasing my domain name last month.

From what I see (I may be wrong), you have 56,000 fBuck$ which are still not in use. However, because of your domain members, including you will not be able to enter the fChat from the http://georgiasurvival.11.forumer.com link, but only from the www.gasurvivalforum.com link. If you enter the forum from the Forumer link, then it says fChat is not enabled in your admin panel. On the other hand, if you enter from the domain you have purchased, then it says it is registed until 5th August 2010.

Please ask your members if they can access the fChat from the www.gasurvivalforum.com link.

Out of the members you asked to enter the fChat from your purchased domain for example how many could gain access.

e.g 1 member out of 3, in that format.
