Hello,
Somehow i deleted the first e-mail with code for my forum.

Is there a way to get another code which i can use with FAP just in case?
I was trying to find a link where i can do that but i just cannot find it or the way to do it.

So, if you can give me a link where i can get a new code that would be great.

I followed the link on sticky thread for FAP but that is only to make someone admin assuming you have a code but the problem is that i do not have it.

Hi,

I don't think it's possible to get a new FAP code. It's a one-time thing only.

Support, do you have an answer on this simple question or not???

Do we really have to wait over 2 weeks to get an official response? I've been patient but this is ridiculous.

This is not so much important to me but i wanted to know.
It is not important because i know i made mistake to create forum on Forumer but until i figured that out my forum got too big and important to other people that i couldn't just shut it down and destroy a lot of good posts because i can't get the forum base. We cannot even get an upgrade to phpbb3 forum which is shame. I've been patient on that issue also but i do not think we will EVER get that upgrade. If there was any intention on that matter we would get it by now. Excuse like "Waiting for stable version" is just a big pile of bull...
Why dont you just tell us the truth?

Shame, i thought you guys will be much more professional.
I do not care anymore.

That was the answer, and you had it in 1 hour. The Email code is a one time thing. That is why it says to keep it safe as it is the
only time it will be sent.

I appreciate chinhngt's answer but "I do not think..." just doesn't sound like a sure thing. That is why I asked for confirmation from someone who is sure.

Okay, so here is the confirmation: we don't have any procedure to provide users the FAP code again, it's one time thing.
