i was admin and creater of this forum someone find my pass and hacked my forum can you help me??

My mail is scofield22@gmail.com which is my account on forumer.com's mail.

anyone can help me?=?

Oh my goodness, this is worrying! Can our accounts be hacked and damaged?? I hope you get your admin access back mate - how upsetting

If you have a strong password and you make sure that no one knows about it you should be safe.

Strong password consist from at least 8 characters........if you put more it's better...........do small letters and capitals, numbers and special characters like *&^%$£"!?

Also make it random instead of some easy to guess words...
