Dear guys,

Why my members told me that after they have registered, when they try to login again ,it appear this message from the login box

" Cannot connect to the server "

" Cannot login"

Izzit I need to activate them on the spot or i just go to User list> user name > active > go

Thanks for help

Yes, please ask the members affected to make a screenshot, and upload it to a file host like filehive.com, and post the URL here.

phpBB nevers give a Cannot Log In error.

Some members of our forum was complaining of the same thing but the problem suddenly solved.
