Hiya guys.
I've had a few trouble free weeks so not been around much, but have a couple of probs now.

First, I've put 10.forumer here although my forum is showing that I'm no. 7. Is that still a mistake and I'm actually 10?

Second, my forum is running very, very slowly and messages/posts/pages are taking ages to load and send. The server is running, so is there something else wrong?

Third, I'm thinking of registering for phBB3 but to be honest, I'm scared stiff of doing it. My ladies would die if we lost our forum or anything went wrong. Is it an upgrade where we'll keep all our posts and stuff or will we have to start from scratch? And, are there individual galleries on phBB3 as we'd dearly love to have them. Also, could somebody please point me in the right direction to read all about it?

Hello Lorraine

1) The footer is just wrong, nothing to worry about.

2) That is due to recent server load problems, and the technician is working on fixing those

3) The phpBB3 BETA is only meant for a new community, but when phpBB3 is in full swing, then you will be able to upgrade to phpBB3 without any data loss.

Indeed, there are avatar galleries as well.

Thanks for the answers, I'll hang fire with 3 for now then.

But the galleries I meant are not av' galleries, but individual galleries (one per member) where we can post our pictures, photo's, craftwork, etc, etc and receive comments and stuff in there. It would be great to have those.

Hey, unfortunately that feature is not standard in phpBB3, but plays a massive part in vBulletin 3.7.0 (for your own reference).
