Does anyone know if you can send a message to all forum users through the Admin options? Looked for it, but can't seem to find a way to do it. Thanks!

I'm afraid You can't do that.
You'll have to either send it one by one, or send add everyone's username in the TO box.

If you want to send the same message to every one of your users, it might be easier to put an announcement in a prominent place on your forum. I know this doesn't alert those that don't visit so often. I suppose it depends on how many members you have.
