Is there a way to increase the number of allowed lines that each post can contain? After about 300 or so it does not show up in the post. The users have to cut and paste making multiple posts to get their message on. It would be nice to have the ability to have very long posts allowed. Any suggestions?

Nah, this is a built in phpBB2 thing, I think it allows like 10,000 characters or something. Yea, just make more posts.

Same with vBulletin as well, only 10,000 characters in posts, PM's etc.

I suspect that is to do with mySQL limits, I don't know what the specific max length for a field is but maybe it is 10,000
