While chatting using "fchat" one of the users got some sort of warning regarding flooding. What is flooding? We'd like to be able to tell them what they were doing wrong.

Means to many people or to many messages..

Also like flood control for sending to many pm's or trying to log in to many times..

Not too many people

Flooding in fChat is too many short messages wrote by the same person without anyone else replying to them
